REQUIREMENTS

PMA eligibility is granted by the following:

• Publicly facing website, social media or means by which the public can contact you
• An email, phone number or web form to submit business and/or support requests
• Links or published materials enumerating:
• Privacy policy
• Terms and conditions of your product(s) or service(s)
• Refund policy and procedure
• Social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other major platforms
• Participation in association surveys, workgroups, or committees (optional, put preferred)
• Utilize the PMA APPROVED logo on at least one product or service
• Current, paid membership

PMA APPROVED members in good standing will receive the benefits of the trade association.
